We had an issue with the room which we had booked. However the management quickly upgraded us to a superior room which was really nice of them. We also had a non refundable reservation but had to check out one day prior and the manager, Mr. Nader, gave us a refund. This hotel is by far the best hotel i have stayed in Makkah. Will definitely be coming back here
