Below expectation for a swissotel brand

This hotel has always been one of my favorite choices whenever I have a layover in Jakarta, and this stay was even more special as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, which makes everything so convenient, especially when we just want to relax, do some shopping, and enjoy good food without having to go anywhere else. We really enjoyed breakfast at the lounge on the 20th floor. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it was such a nice way to start our morning away from the busy crowds. What made this stay truly memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise prepared by the staff. Our room was decorated with some lovely and creative birthday artwork on the glass. It was such a unique and personal touch, and my wife absolutely loved it! The staff here are genuinely kind and attentive. The service feels very personal, and it’s these little things that make us want to come back. This will definitely remain my first choice whenever I have a layover in Jakarta.
