The staff was rude. The wait for food was ridiculous. The parking is extremely expensive and awful. Definitely won’t be choosing a Swissôtel for future travel.

Overall, we were happy with our stay at Swissotel. We had graduation events at the Navy Pier, and the location was perfect. We had a very nice room with a river view that we received at a great price, and the room itself was clean, with one exception. The shower tile had black mold growing on the grout, which was very noticeable. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No complementary bottled water was provided in the room, and it cost $6 for a bottle at the 24/7 kiosk. Thankfully, there was a CVS about a block away. The alcohol prices were expensive, but they are expensive in general in this part of Chicago. The charge a daily fee, but they give a credit of $30 back if you eat breakfast or drink at the bar. Breakfast grab and go food was above average, so that was a good deal. Overall, Swissotel is a great place to stay.
