So I had my flight from Jeddah so decided 1 night stay at Swissotel Jeddah living and it was my first experience with Swissotel Chain. Previously I always stay at Movenpick Makkah and Anwar Al Madina Movenpick. But to me The standard, the service , the staff , from check inn till my check out I was always greeted with a smile from the staff that included Mr. Zubair ( or Jubair sorry if I wrote wrong ) , he was from front reception and was available during night times date was 15th June Night . Hes a gem of a person and A nice Bangladeshi Brother. He was always smiling, helping and was taking care of me and my family . He should be appreciated like it was like a home feel , so much comforting person. Moreover Mr. Younas , Mr. Daya - The door sherlock holmes 😉 , Mr. Abdullah and Mr. Yazeed everyone was really nice Helped us in everything . We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it had all amenities, the views were amazing , service was amazing , Pool was very nice .

Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed the experience. However, there are a few points that we were not satisfied with and would like to share as feedback: The bed was not comfortable, and unfortunately we did not sleep well during our stay. The bar area near the swimming pool appeared to be closed and covered with dust. In addition, the bathroom facilities in that area need attention. One of the sinks had no running water, and the soap dispenser was broken. The breakfast experience was below our expectations, especially considering the price charged. Looking back, I would have preferred to have breakfast elsewhere for the amount paid. Some of the bakery items did not seem freshly prepared, and there was a limited variety of cheeses, vegetables, and salads. I would recommend either enhancing the quality and variety of the breakfast offering or reconsidering its pricing to better reflect the experience provided. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I hope it helps improve future guests' experiences.
