The experience during my stay is awesome, even though there are still some things are bugging during the stay period. There are two things that bugging me most as below: 1. Somehow the bathroom area, especially inside the shower/bathtub area, is having a bad smell even when the room is on the top floor. Not sure where the bad smell coming from but it is quite bugging me. 2. The complimentary water bottle was insufficient. There is only one bottle of 1L water provided, where other places might serve 4 bottle of water with around 400ml-600ml of water. I think it will be better to provide at least two bottles upon our check-in and if we need additional bottle we can simply ask HK to deliver to the room. On the contrary, I am really happy with the room and its amenities, breakfast also good even though I think the food are kinda limited but still tasty. Last, I would like to send a gratitude to the check-in process with Pak Dyno (I hope I’m not wrong with his name), check out process with Mba Kiki and mas Arif (also I hope I’m mentioned the right person name). from HouseKeeping team. All aspects of my stay was pleasant. Kudos to Maulina at the Breakfast session for the attentive and proactive service and offering a ginger beverage. A few points of feedback that I would like to give is 1) for the property to re - introduce jamu during breakfast, considering that it is part of our culture. I still remember that I had jamu (made by request?) during the property's soft opening approximately 2 years ago. 2)The 2nd point is to provide a more complete set of cooking utensils including pots and bowls, and dishwasher soap in the Swiss Advantage Room. Apart from the 2 points above, keep up the good hospitality and superb housekeeping. Regards, David
