My room was lovely, unfortunately I don't know Jakarta/the area too well and it seems a bit hard to get around without getting stuck in traffic

Located nicely in Mega Kuningan, the hotel is new, the breakfast is well laid out with a good variety of option. The staff are friendly - I had a mix-up for a package for delivery but they sorted that out quickly before my departure. Rooms are very nice and new, bed is comfortable. Kudos to Bila, our housekeeping person who made my stay comfortable.

Such a great weekend staycation! As a Platinum member, our room got upgraded and it was very spacious. We were also informed about the late check-out benefit until 4 PM right from the start upon check-in. Welcome drinks & snacks were generous, and there was also some welcome amenity in our room waiting for us. And the greeting art on the mirror was such a thoughtful personal touch as well—kudos to the Guest Experience Team! :) The pool and gym also seemed pretty spacious and well-equipped. This staycation was actually a part of ALL Limitless Experience package, which was a bundle with The Lion King Live in Concert in Artpreneur. It also included dinner at their restaurant (Embers Open Fire Grill) and everything was delicious! We were served by Mas Teguh who was very professional and polite. We also loved The Lion King-themed merchandise in our room. The only minor input I might suggest is the default bedroom pillows—they were somewhat too flat/hollow for our taste, although we were aware that there was a pillow menu available. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time in this property and would recommend it to our friends and family :) Hopefully there will be more exciting experiences we can redeem in the future!

A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team (Niko, Nini,Ray,Kiki,Florensia,Ryan… and so many ) for hosting our family for 2 months in Jakarta. Our experience is exceptional: facilities are new and well equipped, people are professional and warm. What touched us most is your extra care and genuine kindness towards our child. Your patience, gentle attentiveness and kind gestures made him feel safe, happy and at home far away from our own house. Your thoughtfulness made our long stay comfortable and memorable. We'd love to visit again!
