I loved it, Everything was good but the bath top and toilet smelled very bad, I told the reception but not much changed & they didn’t flow up or offered to change the room

We stayed at Swissôtel and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as a family. Hotel was clean and very comfortable . Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent attention to detail.

So the hotel as such was great, but there were two things really bothering: 1. The A/C at the outdoor pool was somehow surprising and for us feeling too cold - but that's personal preference I admit. 2. Although breakfast times state starting from 6:30am there was no bread available until 7am at all - which was very inconvenient given the need for an early check-out. Especially the second issue is not acceptable at all if you are to pay ~30 EUR per person for breakfast.
