I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and especially to the Duty Manager, Seray, for her exceptional customer service and professional attitude. We encountered A. few issues with the room controls and window view on our first night, but as soon as we brought it to her attention, Seray responded immediately with great care. She went above and beyond to compensate us by upgrading our stay to A. beautiful one-bedroom suite. This level of hospitality makes all the difference! Highly recommended!

It was extremely satisfying. The staff were all very friendly and lovely. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and a true 5 star hotel.

Personnel, room, hotel in general are great. Breakfast is poor (came at 8:45-9:00 am): small portions, empty plates, slow serving, options are poor. Could be much better.

Stay was amazing. Hotel is brand new and very quiet. Suite had a fantastic corniche view at the 38 floor. Very clean and modern. Sephali and Houida at reception were fantastic and gave us the room very quick. We dined at Azal and food was delicious. Used the pool and it was great. Will definitely come back again for another staycation in the future.
