My recent stay at Swissôtel Makkah for three days and two nights was truly memorable, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth, kindness, and smiles that made me feel less like a guest and more like a friend returning after a long absence. That sense of hospitality made all the difference and set the tone for a wonderful stay. A special thank you goes to Sara at reception, whose professionalism and kindness were exceptional. She graciously accommodated an early check-in and, upon my request, arranged a room with a breathtaking view of the Holy Kaaba. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness made me feel immediately welcomed and cared for. The concierge team was equally helpful, assisting with my luggage and taking the time to explain the hotel's facilities and amenities. One of the team members kindly advised me to perform my Umrah immediately after prayer, and following that recommendation turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip. I am truly grateful for such thoughtful guidance. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The variety was extensive, with options from numerous cuisines, and the restaurant staff were consistently attentive, welcoming, and kind. As constructive feedback, my bathroom appeared to be adapted for guests with reduced mobility, meaning there was no traditional enclosed shower. While this was manageable, guests with specific preferences may wish to inquire in advance. In addition, I would strongly encourage the hotel to consider improving the soundproofing of the rooms. The walls transmit sound quite easily, and despite spending much of my time outside, I was often able to hear conversations and even intimate moments from neighboring rooms. This somewhat affected the sense of tranquility and privacy that many guests seek, particularly in Makkah, where one hopes to enjoy a peaceful and spiritually uplifting atmosphere. Enhancing the acoustic insulation would undoubtedly elevate the comfort and privacy of all guests. Overall, my stay at Swissôtel Makkah was excellent. The outstanding hospitality, thoughtful service, prime location, and remarkable views made for a truly special experience. I would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

Upon extending my stay i was told at the front desk that dinner was provided. When entrring the restaurant was told it was not and ask me to check with the dusty manager at the lobby. Was too tired to check

Everything was good apart from food variety The food variety could be better and food was not warm enough as it should be . However, reception staff was excellent, cooperative and so was house keeping staff. Stay was comfortable Overall , Swissotel is my favourite place to stay and would recommend
