It’s our first time to stay at Swissotell Makkah we already stayed many times at Pullman Zamzam but staying at swissotell is amazing everything is really vey nice and especially breakfast is so yummy delicious and awesome

Loved every moment, the room, THE VIEW, the bed, great food, the room service.Everything. Jazakum'Allah ahsenal jazah. The only thing that pinched me a bit was the fact that it seemed impossible to coordinate 2 bookings for consecutive days without having to check out and in again and pay separately 2 times . Why not straight at arrival for both bookings. Was the same person, me. Plus, to our great surprise, the room service team was not informed about the second booking and expected us ,extremely politely, to vacate the room. I had to go to the reception to sort it out. That seems to be something in the computer program that could be improved. Thank you. insha'Allah we will home again very soon. Wasalam Petra
