We recently stayed at the Swiss Maqam in Makkah with our family, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was effortless, and we were made to feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate my physically challenged grandson. Their kindness, patience, understanding, and genuine willingness to assist made a world of difference to our family and allowed us to enjoy our stay with peace of mind. The excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to our needs made our visit unforgettable. We are sincerely grateful to everyone at Swiss Maqam for making our time in Makkah so comfortable and memorable. Shukraan to the entire team. I booked two rooms , and at hotel paid and additional amount to make the two rooms near each other . Also, a little challenge to extend the check out time until time of leaving

Excellent location with breathtaking views of the Kaaba . This was my second stay with swissotel and I am so grateful and thankful to the team for such an amazing stay . Special thanks to concierge staff Mr Mubarak Alosaimi . He has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and was so courteous. I was due to travel the following day and had some issues and Mr Mubarak sorted it all out within minutes . Truly wonderful experience and hospitality

The check in process is bad I was given a key for a room that is already taken by another family The key for the second room did not open the door I requested the two rooms to be connected or close to each other's , however each room is in a different floor
