excellent location. Elevators were very frequent, we didn't have to wait long at all. We had the full view of Kaaba room, room size was very good. excellent breakfast buffet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is beautiful, very clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is also perfect—everything is close by. I highly recommend it!

I have experienced very bad responses to my emails with clarification i wanted In addition i have recommended Swiss Al Maqam to my close friends sine i used to stay there and i have done the reservation for them as a complementary from my account so they can enjoy my platinum benefits. Upon their arrival in the reception they were treated badly and they have been advised that they can’t enjoy my Platinum benefits which is not written anywhere that I cannot do and pay reservation for my family and friends. I have done the same before in another All Accor hotel in Italy and the hotel there was very cooperative and treated my guests exactly the same like me. Unfortunately this situation was not good at all and i will think twice before making any future reservation in Swiss Al Maqam and for sure not to recommend to anyone.
