The pet accommodation policy at Swissôtel Poiana Brașov includes a flat rate of 45 EUR per night (VAT included) per pet, regardless of size or weight. This fee covers pet access to the reception area, restaurant terrace, and guest room, as well as a special bed/mattress and food/water bowls. A second pet in the same room incurs a fee of 50 EUR per night. At the end of the stay, a room inspection will be conducted with the guest. A special cleaning fee of 500 RON applies if excessive dirt is found. A security deposit of 1000 RON will be blocked on the guest’s credit card at check-in and refunded at check-out if no damages occur. Pets must be declared at reservation, with a completed pet accommodation form. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and housekeeping will only enter when the pet is absent or under supervision. The hotel reserves the right to refuse pets with aggressive or disruptive behavior.
