I am very delighted with the service of Swissotel Nusantara team. I request birthday treatment for My Son's birthday and the hotel's staffs are really helpful. The surprise and room decoration is really excelent. Thank you for the birthday cake, my Son really like it. Special thanks to Ms. Teta, Ms. Rara, and Mr. Hesqy for welcoming, support us, and for preparing the birthday celebration. Also thanks to Mr. Komang and Mr. Nanda that make our stay more enjoyable during Kids activity and Gym activity

The hotel is just in front of Titik Nol Nusantara. The air quality is superb. The view is breathtaking. We would like to return one day when IKN is fully operational

It's always great to stay at swissotel Nusantara. it's my 3rd time to stay at Swissotel, and the service from I came until I left was always outstanding. The room is clean and tidy, never disappointed. Thanks to Mrs TETA for arrange everything that I requested like baby crib and baby bathtub, not forget to mention all crew who welcome us when we come.
