We recently stayed in this hotel , excellent Kabba view . Location is good . Dining is awesome. Very happy with House keeping - Mr Ridwan was very proactive and helpful . Strongly recommend.

11 adults and 2 kids stayed. We had breakfast included. The rooms were perfect for what we required and the location is extremely sufficient. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help where required. I stayed here last year and wanted to book the same place again. If I In Sha Allah get another opportunity to perform Umrah or Hajj again, I will book Swissotel Makkah again In Sha Allah.
