Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Swissotel Makkah. This was our third stay and we always choose this hotel when we visit Makkah. Highly recommend - exceptionally high quality customer service. Only downside is the lifts and the wait for them but that’s a given.

I would like to first point out how impressed I am by the professionalism and kindness of all staff members we interacted with. From the house keeping team, reception and other departments, everyone was a delight and supportive to make our stay comfortable. Also, the breakfast was superb and the room also had all the amenities required, if we also had a microwave that would have made it even better. I would definitely choose the hotel again.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.All our needs were well taken care of. I found all the staff polite, professional and helpful. And the location was simply 5 mins away from haram.
