I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. My flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and I reached out multiple times asking either to change my booking dates or to receive a refund. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to provide any flexibility or assistance, even though the situation was completely out of my control. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I felt they showed zero consideration for the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for fair treatment and understanding

They’re super cool. People working here are so kind. The only thing that i can complain about is I reserve a room with a view of city, but there were only wall of closest building. there were no view. Other than that, everything is really good.
