Well located great view

Very pleasant stay and the kaaba view room was exceptional. Room was huge and bed was very comfy. Amenities were very good as well. Downside is that the lifts took forever to come and the windows were dirty. Toilet seat was bent. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and pleasant stay

The hotel in well located with multiple accesses and in-terms of cleanliness its stands out. We had a kabba view and it was worth every penny.

Good stay with well location near Al-Haram

It was good, the food was delicious, and there was a lot of variety at breakfast. Internet connection needs to be better; even when I connected on the member's wifi network, where it should be better than the normal one, the connection was usually not stable, and sometimes I lost the connection and the network completely.

Excellent Stay and good location

We enjoyed our stay. It was amazing. The room had the kaba view. The hotel also has a side entrance, which goes into the haram. The only downside is that sometimes you are waiting for lifts but otherwise all good. Would definitely stay again.
