Very good hotel and well located. Staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Bathroom was also great. The breakfast was good but the room is amazing !!

Stayed for 4 nights with my wife, overall I thought the hotel was excellent - great facilities and attentive staff and the views amazing. We had access to the executive lounge which was a great place to get drinks and snacks later in the day and watch the sun set. Breakfast was very good quality with a great selection of food and eggs cooked to order. Our room was spacious and well equipped though the light wood decor is now looking a bit dated and there was a lack of modern connections eg usb sockets. The TV was dated and again lacking connectivity options you might nowadays expect. We did have a somewhat negative experience checking in as I understood I had selected a pre-paid rate through the Accor app but was told on arrival I had not paid even though the app said there was nothing owing to the hotel. This then led to a somewhat awkward situation where I had to interrogate my bank statements to check if money had been taken (it hadn’t). This situation was resolved but it was an unnecessarily stressful start to our break - Swissotel and Accor need to make this policy clearer to customers booking via the app.

Everything was perfect. It is one of those hotels that makes you appreciate that you are an Accor Member!!! The reception correctly applied all the benefits given by the Accor card. Services worthy of a 5 star hotel. Cleanliness. Very good quality/price ratio. Promptness and quick response to any request. Everything was resolved without me knowing a reception manager. I only know that he was there the whole time and reacted correctly and quickly. I would especially mention Zeyneth at the Reception ( I hope the name is correct..). I would also mention the reception managers but, as I said, I did not meet any of them because there was no need to know them personally.

Being a repeat guest I have very good experience and that you for perfect level of hospitality. The only dissatisfaction I have is with the parking fees. At a luxury level like Swissotel, in house guest parking should be free as in the other luxury competition. The fee per nite has increased so much, we almost paid 1 night's accomodation cost for parking the car. This is unacceptable for me and will think twice to rebook the hotel.
