My husband and I stayed at Swissotel Al Ghurair for 3nights. We had a very comfortable stay. The room is neat and tidy. All the staff were amazing from Hinh of the Front Desk and to the gentleman who checked us out. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name. The Liwan staffs too were all accommodating, I wish I have written their names. The housekeeping guy too was nice and helpful. The food were amazing especially the lunch buffet. The food choices are decent. The gentlemen at the egg station too were exceptional, always wearing a smile. Overall, our experience were very good and above expectations and looking forward to staying there again. Thank you Team Swissotel.

we had requested early check inn and only checked inn at 2pm what hurt the most was we had a seven year old child who had to sit at the reception for all those hours our plane arrived early and honestly hospitality and humanity must reign the reception kept lying that the hotel was fully booked and offered us an upgrade worth over 400 aed trying to put us in corner to create desperation in us that part ruined my stay i am dissapointed in my ten years of coming to UAE i have never seen such inhuman treatment

Although I use this hotel frequently, this series has 2 pools, one of which was active and that was on a holiday, which was a very crowded and unusable pool. This needs to be managed, considering the holidays and the heat, 2 pools are definitely needed.
