Flies in my room

I informed the reception about flies in the room, they said they will look into this but the issue was not resolved and flies in my room for 4days

You get what you pay for

Shower poor. Kettle did not boil hot. No tea or coffee on arrival or topped up when during daily room service, but was given on request to house keeping.

Good location but in need of refurbishment

The apartment had a good location but the whole property is very run down and in need of a renovation/refurbishment. Broken and missing tiles everywhere on the foot paths and walkways, the rooms are huge but again really old inside, the bathrooms have chunks of silicon everywhere in them to cover up all the holes and broken tiles. Definitely not what i was expecting being part of the Accor group. Staff were helpful and kind but I would not stay here again nor recommend it to friends of family.
