Quality of towels was bad, quality of wardrobes, luck of amenities and slippers was annoying. a big balcony with not even a chair was annoying. In general it did not feel luxurious at all.

The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was centrally located and conveniently close to The Dubai Mall. The unit was spacious, but the furniture felt dated. There was also intermittent noise from sports cars speeding past one of the bedrooms in the middle of the night. The other bedroom had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, and the bathtub was stained with low water pressure. Overall, perhaps we had higher expectations for a property under the Swissotel name.
