Enjoyed my stay, great location and enjoyed the gym.

This is my third stay here. Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast. My only complaint is that when I called and made my reservation, I was asked what would make my stay better. I responded that if it were possible to have more coffee packs (not decaf) in the room, I would greatly appreciate it. So, 4 packets total. 2 per day and the same thing for my co-worker in her room. We declined room service as our stay was 2 days. I was assured that was easy to do. Did not happen. I anticipated this and brought my own. It would also be nice to have an herbal tea option, but I can bring my own next year:)

Late into the evening on the first night of my stay, I discovered that my toilet would not flush. There was no water supply and the valve was missing from the pipe itself. The only way to get the toilet to flush was to add water, which was done by filling the trash can and dumping into the tank. Being that I had to be up early for a conference the next morning, I did not want to deal with maintenance or moving rooms at that time. With the toilet problem carrying over to the morning, I was even more disappointed when turning on the shower, which blasted water at a pressure I have never before seen. It was so uncomfortable that I resorted to facing the shower head to the wall and only sticking body parts in the path of the water when absolutely necessary. There appeared to be no options to adjust the pressure. Could I have alerted the staff? Absolutely, but I had to get to my event and was not interested in packing up all of my things and making my way to another room. Everything outside of those issues was great. The room, the event space, and the staff were all spectacular. Unfortunately, the bathroom experiences did not allow me to enjoy this stay.

It still annoys me that hotels charge their guests to park their vehicles. It's also very annoying that parking is almost $100 p/night. Greed is just killing the experience of everything now. Also, no microwave in the room, the bar was not open at all during our stay, the selection of food to order is just blah and expensive for no reason. My room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the rooms are outdated. The location is great, and valet w/ in & out privileges makes this my go-to hotel, but this last visit was very lackluster.
