We stayed for 3 nights the month of January and had the best time. We stayed in a suite on the 35 floor.The rooms were great, the check in, bar service was all great. Will def stay again!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Kia/Joseph/Esmon(think I spelled His name wrong) we’re all great. They all showed excellent costumer service skills. When I come Back to Chicago. This will be my number one choice. Staff was excellent. Room was beautiful with a beautiful view and it was clean.

Front lobby staff (Emina) was great! -very professional funny and nice. When I called for toilet paper and towels, quick and responsive!

The room was clean and comfortable. We stay at this location because it's close to a yearly convention. Over the years, we've noticed that no matter what we set the room temperature to, there is very little change in the air temp. Beware, there is a hidden fee of $200 that Swissotel calls a resort fee. Per new federal and state laws, this is illegal.

My room was perfect with a tub and separate shower. I was able to enjoy my conference because I had a cozy room to retreat to!
