We booked swissotel resort for our stay. the staff was really accommodating. everything was on spot. valet parking was available. they even gave us breakfast boxes as we had to checkout at 5:30 AM in the morning.

We arrived at mid night and the door to the room did not lock. Maintenance came for 1 hour to fix it. We had just arrived 18 hours from Denver with our young children. Was hoping the hotel would give compensation for the inconvenience, but they did not. Felt like the hotel should have been more concerned with our jet lagged children. Thank you.
